SUMMARY

Social Workers Can’t Handle All the Family Disputes.

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of domestic violence in Hong Kong, and most victims are female Chinese immigrants. Local social workers pay too much attention to the completeness of family and tend to ignore the safety of the victims. Discrimination and inadequate resources of social services make the situation even worse.
