SUMMARY

Extreme Sports with "Limitations".

Free-styled cycling with small wheels, skateboarding and inline skating are very common extreme sports in Hong Kong. Extreme sports usually refer to sports bearing high risks. It stresses on personal style and exhaust one's potential and pushing through their limits. These kinds of sports have no venues. Enthusiasts would practise in parks instead. Leisure and Cultural Services Department does not manage their sports grounds well and it draws criticisms. Hong Kong Federation of Extreme Sports criticizes that the government has a limited understanding on extreme sports and it impedes the development of the sports. Can extreme sports survive in this walled city of Hong Kong?
