After experiencing a whole new culture and transformed by it, those who return from oversea studies often find it difficult to adapt into local life. Psychologist points out that the longer their stay and the deeper their integration, the larger the cultural shock. They have four strategies: separation, integration, marginalisation, and assimilation. What would they choose?
