Shelters for “Post-80s”.

As home prices and rents continue to rise, leading an independent life for the post-80s becomes increasingly difficult. Some lucky ones are aided by their family, some live in subdivided apartments, others apply for public housing. The youth's evolving housing needs requires flexible policies. Can the new Chief Executive give them a homely shelter?
新建樓宇落成量逐漸回升,樓價和租金卻不斷攀升。不少八十後青年要獨立生活就愈來愈困難。有人幸得母親資助買樓;有人唯有居住分租式單位;有人大學尚未畢業已申請公屋。學者指出,新一代感到前景悲觀,政府只要幫助他們一把,可以紓解怨氣。青年需求住屋的情況不斷改變,政府須有彈性的政策。新特首的房屋政策能否令他們有安樂「蝸」呢?
