SUMMARY :

The Marriage Among Blind And Deaf People

Ka Lun and Nicky are both visually impaired. They plan to have dinner with their family. Five years ago, after Ka Lun completed a Marathon, he proposed to Nicky and was successful. Ka Lun believes that beauty is in simplicity. The appearance of his partner does not matter, but being kind-hearted is the most important. They met when they were doing voluntary work. Shortly after, they fell in love with each other. They have two children in their marriage. They are called Chun Chun (駿駿) and Sum Yiu (芯瑤). Nicky told us the difficulties she has to tackle in her daily life. Chun Chun is mature and has been a big help to their visual defects. | Both Li Chi (利智) and Lam Man Lam (林萬霖) have acquired deafness. Li discloses how Lam tried to court her. After graduation, they started dating. They fell in love and eventually got married. Miss Tsang had taught them in secondary school. She points out those boys who are deaf don't simply focus on a girl's appearance, they also value the expression with sign language. Li has this kind of charm. At the early stage of pregnancy, the fetal situation was not stable. That was why she went to mainland China to stabilize the pregnancy. Lam feels that being a mother and giving birth are both difficult, and thus he commits himself to taking care of them for his whole life. | What is true love? Have you ever tried to be more serious in understanding what your partner needs? Listen carefully to what he or she has to say to you? While we are able to listen, to see and to express, other people may not have the chance to do these things for their whole life. Shouldn't we be more courageous to love and treasure these things?
