What exactly are the new generation of university graduates pursuing? What prompted them to change? What can you "meddle in" after graduating? After Hannah graduated, she volunteers with amateur theater companies, still relying on income from part-time jobs. The new generation after the nineties was influenced by post-materialist thinking. According to scholar Lai Ho Yan, the mentality of university graduates in Hong Kong looking for a job is very different from the previous generation ... After graduating from university in Australia, Eric returned to Hong Kong. He wanted to be an inspector, but because of his weight and the difficult discipline training for the job, he is still a little hesitant about this dream ... Johnny Lu is an advisor to students at the university. He points out that if young people lack proper life coaching, they can easily get confused and choose the wrong subject when deciding their direction. According to the latest data from the University Grants Committee (UGC), the unemployment or underemployment rate of university graduates has been on the rise in recent years, indicating that more and more people prefer to work part-time or do casual jobs.
