The Last Farmland.
Ho Yeung's father is an estate agent. He is under increasing pressure to persuade his father-in-law to sell his farmland. Although most nearby farmlands were sold, this old man remains unmoved. At the same time, Ho Yeung starts to develop an interest in nature after moving to the house of his grandfather. So, what can the grandfather do?
灝楊父親從事地產業，受公司上層壓力，欲游說岳丈變賣田地賺錢。雖然附近土地幾被地產商併購，惟灝楊公公堅守祖業，不為金錢所動，拒絕賣地。灝楊受城市生活影響，喜愛看電視及玩電子遊戲機；跟公公同住後，漸漸溶入農村生活，對大自然也產生好奇。公公不欲女婿失業，但又很珍惜這片地土，他該如何作呢？
