Overseas domestic helpers have come together to set up a shelter for their compatriots who are exploited and for those whose contracts are terminated by their employers. Shelter volunteers also educate domestic helpers about their rights and give them support.「外傭婦女之家」為海外家庭傭工提供暫時的安身之所。她們大部份遭受僱主剝削、侮辱或虐待，與僱主終止合約後，對簿公堂。這個組織經費有限，只有一位全職員工，主要靠義工為宿舍提供全面的服務。義工教導和協助她們爭取個人權利和保障，聆聽她們的煩惱，更以自身經驗來鼓勵。宿友來自不同地方，互相幫助，消除種族隔膜。
