In recent years, the popularisation of social media has led to an increase in political, charity and interest groups in these platforms. Although it might be convenient, uniting a group of strangers is a difficult task. Similarly, knowing how to manage risks and achieve one's goal in online fundraising is a study all in itself.近年網上社交平台普及化，無論是政治﹑慈善﹑興趣等等群體，都在網上平台上迅速冒起。在網上平台號召群眾﹑發布資訊﹑認識網友固然方便，但大家互不相識，籌備活動往往會遇到大小問題，要鞏固這股鬆散的力量，並不容易。另一方面，網上集資亦逐漸被網民接受，要如何做好風險管理，成功吸引網民，籌得足夠資金，亦有其學問。
