The Social Welfare Department’s 'Day Respite Service for Elders' and private elderly home services fail to address the problems and needs of elderly people living alone, especially those who suffer from mental or physical disabilities. There is now an elder sponsorship scheme in which volunteers make a monthly visit to senior citizens in need. In this video, three elders share the different hardships that they face.香港獨居老人問題嚴重，有些還有腦退化症（老人痴呆症），有些則體弱傷殘，社會上有沒有幫助這些長者的服務？政府為有需要長者提供日間暫託、居家安老及私人安老院舍服務，但受助者又有多少呢？現時有助養長者計劃，義工每月一次探訪獨居老人，為長者嚧寒問暖。片中以三位長者作採訪對象，呈現老人家不同的苦況。
