Food Reviews.

Hong Kong people relish delicious food and they often make reference to online food reviews. Hence, online food reviews are getting more popular. When a restaurant receives a lot of recommendations on the internet, customers are pouring in as a result. There are two kinds of online food critics: "new gourmands" and “celebrated gourmands”. Celebrated gourmands write more critics and they are more likely to be recommended by editors. In recent years, many restaurants invite them to try out for free and ask them to write a review. Online food critics come from all walks of life and writing food reviews is not their full time job. Why would they keep writing food reviews?
香港人愛好美食,喜歡參考網上食評,因而網上食評愈來愈受歡迎。只要食店在網上廣受好評,食客就會慕名而來。網上食評家有兩種:「新晉食家」和「殿堂食家」。殿堂食家所寫的食評篇數較多而又經常得到編輯推介。近年,有不少餐廳邀請他們免費試食,要求他們寫一篇食評。網上食評家來自各行各業,寫食評並非正職。他們為什麼會不斷地寫食評呢?
