Opinion Poll Manipulation.
The government is suspected of using leading questions in opinion polls so as to produce results that show public support for newly proposed policies. This practice manipulates public opinion and ultimately weakens the government’s credibility.
在高官問責制下，特區政府忽視民情，製造假民意令社會分化，有負市民所望。政府選擇地披露有關資料，誤導市民來達到目的。特區推行政策以我為主，欠缺諮詢，令委員會成員不滿。政府採用誘導性問題做民意調查，民意調查分析粗疏和偏頗，發佈不符合事實的資料，製造民意假象。政府利用或欺騙大眾的手法來推行新政策，因而打擊特區的威信。
