Art therapy
Recently quite a few people have found painting helps them deal with stress and anxiety. One of the interviewees claims that expressing your feelings through painting is healthier than expressing them verbally. But verbal expression is the preferred means for the Encounter Playback Theatre Group. They engage in drama therapy, a method developed to offer creative, artistic opportunities to deal with complex emotional expression.
近年,不少人透過畫畫或演戲等藝術形式,進行心理治療,抒發內心鬱悶。美術導師廖家宜曾患思覺失調,以繪畫宣泄情緒、審視生活。遇到不快的事情和壓力,她相信有時畫出來的比說出來的效果更好。「言遇劇團」藉著戲劇演出,與不同社群「相遇」,分享大家生命中的故事。核心成員伍綺琪和黎玉清透過「一人一故事劇場」,替人撫平心靈創傷。分享者有機會說出自己的故事和經歷外,還會得到被聆聽的尊重。戲劇治療師余漢傑指出,在戲劇治療中,治療師會持續跟進求助者的康復進程。除了用說話的方式外,戲劇治療也很重視以身體、想像力注入治療元素中,所以會有很多戲劇練習。這些療法,即使未必可完全解決困境,也為生命注入點點正能量……
