As a result, jobs are no longer restricted by time and location. | Wing is studying towards a postgraduate degree in speech and language therapy. At the same time, he is also an aerobic dance trainer and an after-school tutor. Every day, he works from early morning to late night. 斜號青年(Slasher)是形容擁有多重職業的人,新一代就業模式越來越多元,很多人涉足多個工作範疇。互聯網令資訊更流通,社會側重知識型經濟,共享經濟的興起,都令工作不再受制於時間和地點。阿Wing是言語治療碩士生、健身舞教練,也是補習導師。他每天早出晚歸,周而復始。他對言語治療產生興趣,緣於替人補習的經歷有關……,健身舞教練是他最喜歡的身份。Jennifer是私人助理祕書,也是蠟燭創作人。下班後,她往自己的工作室製作手工蠟燭,也會開班教人。她覺得,時下的斜號青年不再只為生計奔波,反而多了自我探索,希望發揮所長,令生活過得更有意義。斜號青年有不同種類,有人一邊做全職工作,一邊經營興趣;有人每份工作都是興趣。溫佐治是文化導賞組織「程尋香港」的創辦人,也是大學的研究助理,還在花牌公司負責推廣工作。他寓工作於娛樂,既設計導賞路線,又滿足自己四處發掘風土人情的好奇心。其他工作也離不開傳統文化。他認為,斜號青年興起,反映新一代的特質,大家越來越勇於追求精神上的滿足,願意冒險……。香港青年協會研究指出,受訪者愈年輕愈接受彈性就業,普遍認同終生只做一份職業的觀念已經過時……
