SUMMARY :

Chinese is Hong Kong’s official language, but for many minority students, continuing their studies may be problematic if they can’t read Chinese. Hinla teaches students Chinese. She attempts to remove the barriers inhibiting minority students from learning to read Chinese. Is there any room for changing the current system, or are the courses already working out for the students?
