In a fast-paced city like Hong Kong, things change everyday, every minute. Buildings have vanished; familiar faces have disappeared together with the uninformed closing down of local shops. People have become indifferent and unconcerned. Small talks among neighbours and chats with shop owners have become a thing of the past. By retaining the smell of my neighbourhood, I want to conserve a part of the Hong Kong story, as well as a part of my life.
(The text is provided by the student)
