This documentary talks about Hai, a physically disabled adolescent. Hai was blinded and lost his right arm in an explosion. Since then, he has faced lots of difficulties in life. With his optimistic characters, he perseveres in playing music and impresses many people.這齣紀錄片講述龍海身殘志堅的故事。三位女導演看到龍海的表演，結識了他。導演們前往重慶訪問他的父母及朋友，他們提及龍海的經歷和傾吐自己的感受。在少年時，炮彈爆炸的意外令龍海失去了右手和雙目失明。他在生活上遇到不少困難，仍抱著積極和樂觀的態度，只能用胳膊撥片彈吉他，仍堅持以音樂感動他人，讓他人感悟生命。
