By 2015 the “multiple entry” aspect of the Induvidual Visit Scheme brought its share of headaches to Hong Kong. But one week after the HK Government adjusted the policy to limit Mainland residents to “One Trip per Week,” are the shops and public areas of Sheung Shui any more clear of paralel traders?
