The Hong Kong Government is going to redevelop Tai Kok Tsui, an old urban district where many flats are illegally converted into sub-divided units. Owners and tenants urge the Government to disclose more details about the plan, so that they can safeguard their own rights and interests.
大角咀被政府列為重建市區，但政府卻沒有清楚向市民交代重建的時間表，反而一拖再拖。大角咀的舊樓多是分戶出租，不少租戶因重建而被迫遷走，他們不清楚賠償安排，需要社工介入以維護權益。在重建計劃中，業主及租戶均感到被政府蒙在鼓裡，他們希望官員清楚交代事件，並加快重建步伐。
