Dedicated parents will respond to their crying children and try to figure out their needs. Every emotion shows a person's internal need and the need of an action tendency to be seen. It is strange that we are usually forbidden to show our emotion when we grow up.

一個剛出生的的嬰兒，不會因為父母睏倦，而肚餓不哭。盡責的父母不會因孩子哭鬧而不回應，他們會弄清哭鬧背後的需求。其實，每一個情緒，都顯示內心的需要，這些需求都需要被看見。但我們長大了，很奇怪，我們總是被禁止情緒繼續。
這個社會病了，我也病了 。
