In our life, we observe the power of love by many loved ones which also carry many expectations. Expectations are however translated into enormous pressure because of which we feel scared, inferior or even blame ourselves for falling short of such expectations. It is called self-hatred. However, we also have self-mercy, we love and comfort ourselves. This is how we see ourselves and the demerits of our own with a positive feedback. This is why and how we seek hope and smile on the rough road of life.

我們承受著很多人的愛,也肩負著很多人的期望,所以活在當下的我們往往有著很大並且無形的壓力。當我們做得不夠好或者滿足不了自己所愛的人的期望時,害怕、自責、自卑的負面情緒就會出現,這就會產生憎恨自己的自我。但是相對的,我們內心也有能安慰自己,喜歡自己的自我,能從好的一面看待不足的自己,這樣的我們才能從坎坷的漫漫人生路上不斷產生希望和笑容。
