We have been constantly building up our solitary universes since the moment we are born. Being emotionally independent reveals the solitary nature of the human world.
A sense of peacefulness and calmness is delivered throughout the process of my drawing. The repetitive gesture of making strokes with colour pencil leads me to deep concentration thus being self-isolated, crowding out the world and turning into the state of solitary. The strokes create an imaginative space while the colour brings out the taciturn atmosphere. The body, through the process of drawing, expresses different emotions in its isolated world, interprets different solitary states. The drawing process is my way to unwrap the hidden nature of this world.
