I Want a Job.
Most local companies are not willing to hire people with disabilities. The Alliance for the Disabled suggests that the Hong Kong Government should implement a quota system for employing people with disabilities in big enterprises. To their dismay, the Government do not accept this suggestion.
殘疾人士因生理條件的限制，許多公司不願意聘請他們，導致他們較難獲得一份長期穩定的工作。為了改善他們的工作情況，殘疾人士聯盟提議政府實施就業配額制度，要求大公司按比例聘請殘疾人士。政府不支持這建議，認為它會令殘疾人士蒙受負面影響。除了解決生活外，工作給予他們一份尊嚴。殘疾與健全人士在就業上共融，這條路還要走多遠呢？
